This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for paid features on Wed & Send.

The 48-hour window

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. If you contact us within this window, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 48 hours

Once the 48-hour window has passed, purchases are considered final. Because our invitations are digital products customized to your event, we are unable to offer refunds beyond this period.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@wedandsend.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your invitation from being delivered or displayed correctly, and we are unable to resolve it, we will offer a full refund regardless of when the issue is reported.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before your invitation has been shared with guests. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will receive a full refund.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "last updated" date.
